As well as your standard baking tools, you’ll need the following supplies:
Round cookie cutters
Step-by-step instructions
1. Prepare a baking sheet by spraying it with Pam and heating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Add the egg to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Mix the egg mixture with flour, broth, and oats.
4. Keep mixing until the mixture looks like dough.
5. Lightly flour a surface to roll out the dough. I like to roll it out on wax paper for easy cleanup!
6. Shape each donut using a large circular cookie cutter.
7. Each donut needs a hole drilled in it using a smaller circular cookie cutter.
8. Prepare a baking sheet for the donuts.
9. Bake the donuts for about 15 minutes in the oven.
10. Donuts should be decorated with icing once they have cooled! A drop of honey was added to some Greek yogurt to thicken it. If you want to make them more festive, sprinkle some colored sugar on top. Short on time? You can use this Pet Cake Frosting.
